Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Any issue with the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Important:
- We do not offer refunds, only exchanges in case of defects or wrong items.

- Our team will review the case and arrange the exchange if approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
